In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors, demonstrating superior leadership and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple luxury residential projects from conception through completionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team membersCoordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design intent is met and quality is maintainedPrepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports to ensure timely and profitable project deliveryImplement project management best practices, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standardsConduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactivelyOversee subcontractor performance to guarantee timely and quality workmanshipFacilitate regular project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team membersMentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellenceRequirementsMinimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury residential constructionProven track record managing projects valued at $1M and aboveStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulationsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredBenefitsAnnual Bonus PlanHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentFree Food & SnacksWellness ResourcesGym Reimbursements
