Owner Representative EngineerJob PurposeRepresent the owner in managing and overseeing real estate development projects, ensuring they are delivered according to the required cost, timeline, quality, and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main liaison with contractors, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.Identify project risks, issues, and delays and report them to management.Manage and monitor ongoing real estate development projects.Provide technical advice on engineering and construction matters.Prepare project progress reports and updates for senior management.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering.Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years in real estate development or project management.Strong project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management practices.
