Senior Project Manager / Project Manager – Class 2 Luxury Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments (Tier 2 Builder)📍 Sydney, NSW (Projects across Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore & CBD – current project based in Darlinghurst)💰 $220K – $280K + SuperWe’re partnering with a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Sydney Tier 2 Builder to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to deliver a premium pipeline of Class 2 luxury residential apartment and mixed-use developments across Sydney.About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-end Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects, including an active project currently underway in Darlinghurst, NSW.Projects typically include:Class 2 luxury residential apartment developmentsHigh-end mixed-use residential, retail, and commercial developmentsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of luxury Class 2 residential and mixed-use projectsManage project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and subcontractorsDrive programme, cost control, quality, and safety outcomes across all stagesOversee procurement strategy, construction methodology, and delivery planningManage client, consultant, authority, and subcontractor relationshipsEnsure accurate reporting, forecasting, and risk management across projectsDeliver projects in line with budget, programme, and company quality standardsSupport project coordination from early works through to completion and handoverRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer-builder environmentStrong background delivering Class 2 residential apartments and/or mixed-use developmentsExperience delivering projects in the $30M–$100M+ rangeStrong leadership skills managing site and project delivery teamsExcellent commercial acumen, programming, and contract administration understandingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-quality delivery environmentWhat’s on Offer$220K – $280K + Super salary packageOpportunity to join a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Tier 2 builderStrong pipeline of luxury residential and mixed-use developments across SydneyKey leadership role with long-term progression opportunitiesProfessional, stable, and high-performing construction environmentHow to ApplyIf this opportunity interests you, click “Apply Now” to submit your updated CV, or contact:📧Joshua.Fang@linktal.com.auFor a confidential discussion about this opportunity or other roles within the construction industry.
