Senior Project Manager – Promising Arts DepartmentA leading government cultural authority in Dubai is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Promising Arts Department.In this role, you'll manage projects across the department from planning through delivery. You'll build and improve project management processes, prepare budgets and reports, and make sure every project lands on time and meets international best practice standards.What you'll do:Lead project planning, budgeting, and reporting across the departmentCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders on feasibility studies, risk management, and contract negotiationEvaluate project performance and flag risks before they become problemsSupport the development of qualification requirements for consultantsReport on project timelines, deliverables, and operational challenges to department leadershipWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, Applied Arts, Project Management, or a related field7+ years of relevant experienceStrong project management, performance management, and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)Eligibility: This role is open to UAE nationals holding a Family Book and Dubai residency.
