Senior Project Manager (Site-Based) – Healthcare ProjectsLocation: Dubai Working Schedule: 6 days per week Start Date: ASAP A leading international consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team delivering a major PMC and Construction Supervision project.About the RoleYou will act as the client’s representative, overseeing the successful delivery of healthcare-related facilities. This is a site-based position involving full project lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor project management goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards as directed by the Client.Manage contract administration, engineering inspections, quality assurance, progress reporting, and health & safety.Coordinate planning, design, construction, and handover phases while integrating all project functions.Provide client-facing support, guidance, and recommendations on project matters.Support training and mentoring initiatives for client teams.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 15–20 years overall experience in project management.At least 5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare projects (Hospitals, Clinics, or Laboratories) — essential.Strong PMC background with proven site-based delivery.Excellent written and spoken English (Fluent – Level 2).Civil Engineering or Architectural background preferred.Client-facing, energetic, and able to thrive in a demanding, stressful environment.If you are a seasoned Project Manager with solid healthcare project experience and ready for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
