In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of site operations and project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects in dynamic environments.Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standardsLead and mentor site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, while fostering a culture of safety and accountabilityMonitor project progress against established timelines and budgets; identify variances and implement corrective actions promptlyConduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policiesManage project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and regulatory submissions required by local Saudi Arabian authoritiesCoordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government agencies, to address concerns and maintain transparent communicationAnalyze and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential delays or cost overrunsEnsure quality assurance and quality control measures are implemented throughout all construction phasesPrepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challengesManage procurement and logistics for site materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocationMaintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and compliance documentationCollaborate with the project team to develop and refine project schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologiesQualificationsMinimum 20 years of project management experience in construction administration servicesMinimum 10 years of direct site supervision and on-site management experienceProven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget managementStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practicesDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectivelyComprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirementsProficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations, building codes, and local compliance requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent industry credentialPrevious experience managing construction projects in the Middle East regionExperience with cost estimation and value engineeringKnowledge of contract management and procurement processesExperience with safety management systems and incident investigation
