Senior Project Manager - Structural Steel - High-Rise

Required to join an established contractor working on a prestigious high-rise development in Jeddah. Responsibilities include the followingManaging structural steel erection at elevations exceeding 150 meters.Developing erection sequences compatible with restricted crane capacities, including engineered member segmentation and assembly strategies.Coordinating the design and implementation of temporary working platforms, climbing access systems, safety screens, and temporary structural supports.Coordinating specialized lifting operations, including detailed lifting plans, rigging arrangements, and crane load-chart limitations.A generous expatriate package with accommodation and transport is provided.Applicants should meet the following criteriaA degree in Civil/Structural Engineering15+ years experience with at least 7 years in structural steel project management and erection.A proven track record in- Complex steel erection above completed reinforced concrete structures.- Large structural trusses, tubular steel framing, and heavy structural assemblies.- Restricted crane capacities requiring specialized erection methodologies.- Engineered temporary working platforms and protective screening systems.- High-altitude construction involving challenging access, lifting, and structural stability conditions.
