Location: Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay residents)Mission of Scale Nearshoring:"To help U.S. businesses scale their IT teams with high-quality nearshore talent from Latin America while reducing costs and improving efficiency."What makes you a strong candidate:You have +5 years experience in Project management.You are proficient in Stakeholder management, Risk management, IT project management, Digital transformation.English - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation through closure.Build, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and milestones in ServiceNow SPM.Drive execution by securing commitments, following up on action items, and holding owners accountable in a firm and constructive way.Lead and facilitate project meetings, including agenda development, decisions, and next steps.Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.Engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping messaging simple and relevant.Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, security, and compliance.Provide concise, action-oriented status updates focused on progress, blockers, and decisions needed.This role will primarily focus on software and technology implementation projects, AI-enabled initiatives, security and compliance projects, and internal process improvement and transformation efforts.Your potential leader:Valeria Caro - Analista de Talento Humano
