Senior Project Manager📍 West Loop, Chicago, IL🏗️ Ground-Up Construction | Family-Owned Chicago GC | Local ProjectsA long-standing, family-owned Chicago General Contractor is continuing to grow its ground-up team and is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its West Loop office.The company has been part of the Chicago construction market for almost a century and is currently going through one of its strongest periods of growth. Annual revenue is approaching $140M, the team has a healthy backlog already secured, and there’s a strong pipeline of upcoming work throughout Chicagoland.Their portfolio gives PMs the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and other commercial construction.
