Adhelant Chemicals works closely with contractors, project owners, and distributors to ensure product suitability and technical support on complex projects.Role Description The Senior Project Sales Engineer – Flooring Division is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jeddah Region. This role is responsible for driving project-based sales for flooring systems especially into Epoxy Flooring, that includes identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers. Daily activities include preparing technical proposals, conducting site visits, presenting product solutions, and coordinating with internal technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and application support. The Senior Project Sales Engineer will monitor market trends, support pricing and negotiation, maintain an active sales pipeline, and provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.QualificationsStrong project-focused sales capabilities, including Project Sales and Sales skills for flooring solutions.Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.Sales Management skills to develop sales plans, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue and margin targets.Experience in construction chemicals, flooring systems, or building materials; background in engineering or a related technical field is beneficial.Ability to work on-site across the Jeddah Region and manage multiple projects concurrently.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
