The company’s mission is to deliver less frustration, more joy, and complete satisfaction in every real estate engagement.Role Description The Senior Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for guiding clients through property transactions from initial consultation to closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and preparing proposals and documentation for sales and leasing. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, coordinating with landlords and tenants, and ensuring that all listings are accurately maintained. The Senior Property Advisor will build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and high-quality customer service. This position also includes collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, achieve sales targets, and uphold Capital Avenue’s standards of professionalism and integrity.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, present information clearly, and negotiate effectively.Demonstrated experience in Property Management, including overseeing listings, coordinating viewings, and managing landlord–tenant relationships.Knowledge of Investments and Finance related to real estate, such as property valuation, ROI analysis, and basic financial literacy.Proven Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.Prior experience as a Property Advisor, Real Estate Agent, or similar role, preferably within the Abu Dhabi or UAE market.Familiarity with local real estate regulations and leasing/sales processes in Abu Dhabi.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for managing client data and property records.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and meet defined performance targets.
