Senior Property Consultant

We’re Hiring a small number of Senior Property Consultant to help build a new team from the ground up at one of Business Bay’s boutique brokerages. This role is for advisors who are already billing. No middle-management noiseWho we’re hiring:• Minimum AED 1 million in gross commission earned over the past 12 months• Proven billing history. We’ll ask for closed transaction numbers, not just listings• Solid understanding of the Dubai property market. Communities, price benchmarks, developer landscape• Strong grasp of the financial side. Mortgage, DLD fees, service charges, ROI calculations, payment plans• Fluent English required. Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus• Currently in Dubai with a valid RERA card, or ready to transfer inWho this is NOT for:• First-time brokers looking for training wheels• Anyone who hasn’t personally closed a deal in the last 6 months• People who need warm hand-holding instead of a fast, self-driven environment
