The firm offers opportunities to grow with Dubai’s evolving real estate landscape.Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing end-to-end real estate transactions, including prospecting new clients, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable residential and commercial options. The Senior Property Consultant will prepare and present property proposals, negotiate terms, and support clients through documentation and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market, monitoring listings, and coordinating with developers, landlords, and internal teams. The role also requires consistent follow-up, relationship management, and high-quality customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to the firm’s growth.Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring positive client experiences.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Relevant real estate knowledge and experience in Dubai’s property market, including regulations, communities, and developers.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records and documentation.Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software; fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience as a Property Consultant or similar role; RERA certification or equivalent local real estate qualification is preferred.
