Senior Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager– Property Handover to manage end-to-end property handover operations, lead a team, and ensure smooth coordination with developers, clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Property Handover team and daily operations.Oversee end-to-end handover activities, documentation, checklists, approvals and NOCs.Coordinate with developers, government authorities, clients and internal teams.Conduct client handover meetings, unit visits and resolve customer queries/issues.Ensure accurate MIS, dashboards, reporting and timely project updates.Train, mentor and monitor team performance.Develop and improve SOPs, processes and operational workflows.Monitor service quality, compliance, KPIs and operational efficiency.Support management with strategic planning, budgeting and business development activities.Ideal Profile:Proven experience in property handover / real estate operations.Strong team leadership and client management skills.Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and CRM systems.Analytical, proactive and detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operationsExperience: 5-10 years
