Senior Property Manager

▸ Manage multi-property portfolio operations with accountability for asset performance, NOI improvement▸ Oversee multimillion-dollar operating budgets and capital expenditure programs▸ Serve as primary liaison to co-op and condo boards, ownership groups, residents, vendors, and consultants▸ Implement operational efficiencies and expense control initiatives supporting asset value preservation▸ Lead capital improvement projects including façade restoration, roofing systems, HVAC modernization▸ Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and boards throughout project planning▸ Oversee contractor compliance, prevailing wage requirements, labor law obligations & project documentation▸ Review contractor proposals, scopes of work, project budgets, schedules & certified payroll documentation▸ Manage violation resolution, regulatory risk mitigation, and agency reporting requirements across the portfolio
