The team is committed to providing accessible, respectful, and person-centered mental health and developmental services to the local community.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Psychiatrist & Speech Therapist based in Lahore. The role involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric and speech-language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy aligned with best clinical practices. The professional will provide medication management, monitor treatment progress, and coordinate care with psychologists, behavior therapists, and other team members. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, consulting with families and caregivers, participating in case conferences, and contributing to ongoing program development and quality improvement within the clinic.Qualifications Advanced clinical skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, including experience with mood, anxiety, psychotic, and neurodevelopmental disorders.Proficiency in speech and language evaluation and therapy, including articulation, fluency, language, and social communication disorders in children and adults.Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with psychotherapy, ABA, and other clinical teams to deliver integrated care.Excellent communication and counseling skills for working with clients and families from diverse backgrounds, including clear documentation and report writing abilities.Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to local regulatory and professional standards.Relevant professional degree and licensure in Psychiatry (e.g., MBBS with specialization in Psychiatry) and formal training or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy.Several years of post-qualification clinical experience, preferably in multidisciplinary mental health or rehabilitation settings.Comfort with on-site clinical work, including flexible scheduling based on client needs, and basic familiarity with digital record-keeping or clinic management systems.
