Team members contribute to impactful work that advances mental health awareness and evidence-based practice across diverse communities.Role Description The Senior Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services, including individual counseling, mental health interventions, and psychometric assessments for clients across age groups. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Pune Division, involves designing and administering standardized psychological assessments, interpreting results, and preparing clear, actionable reports. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, guiding junior practitioners, and contributing to research and program development in behavioral sciences and skill enhancement. The Senior Psychologist will also conduct workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs for students, corporate clients, and educational institutions, ensuring ethical and culturally sensitive practice. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to professional standards, and continuously updating knowledge in psychology and mental health.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with 5 Years experience in clinical or counseling settings.Competence in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tools.Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse age groups and backgrounds.Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or related specialization) from a recognized institution.Experience supervising junior psychologists or trainees and contributing to training or capacity-building programs.Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage a structured caseload, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
