Senior Public Affairs Commissioner

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute PR strategies across the Middle East and Europe to support the company's global brand positioning and business growth.Develop localized communications strategies by leveraging insights into regional markets, cultures, media landscapes, and industry trends, while identifying compelling brand, product, business, and customer stories.Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional, industry, and business media, as well as key opinion leaders (KOLs), and drive media outreach initiatives including press releases, interviews, and feature stories.Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives, commercial partnerships, and brand campaigns.Manage regional PR agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality execution and effective communications delivery.Monitor media sentiment and emerging issues across the region, proactively identify potential reputational risks, and develop appropriate crisis communication strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably with international or regional market exposure. Experience working with media across Europe or the Middle East is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to independently develop press releases, media statements, Q&As, and other communication materials.Strong news judgment, media awareness, and crisis communication capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex communications environments.Proven ability in media relations, content development, and project management, with the capability to independently drive regional communications initiatives.Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to work across different time zones and travel internationally when required. Proficiency in Arabic, French, or German will be considered a plus.
