On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for candidates for the below positions in KuwaitPosition- Senior Public Relations ManagerReports to - CEOWe are seeking a seasoned, highly strategic, and locally well-connected Senior Public Relations Manager to lead our PR, institutional relations, and stakeholder management in the State of Kuwait. The successful candidate will serve as the primary custodian of our corporate reputation, safeguarding our corporate image under evolving regional dynamics and leading high-level networking with Kuwaiti public sector institutions, regulatory bodies, telecommunications/enterprise clients, and premium media houses.Key Responsibilities:1. Institutional Relations & Regulatory Affairs. Establish, maintain, and deepen strategic relationships with key Kuwaiti public sectors, regulatory authorities, and key industry stakeholders. Secure invitations and seamlessly facilitate high-level bilateral dialogues, executive protocols, and strategic roundtables between company global leadership and senior local officials. Monitor local telecommunications, AI, and cybersecurity policy trends, providing early-warning intelligence to corporate leadership on regulatory risks and opportunities (such as Kuwait Vision 2035 alignments).2. Geopolitical Risk & Crisis Management. Act as the core guardian of corporate reputation in Kuwait. Anticipate, detect, and mitigate public sentiment risks triggered by complex regional developments. Develop robust local crisis-response frameworks and lead immediate, sophisticated counter-PR actions in the event of negative coverage, policy shifts, or sensitive market narratives.3. High-End Event Management & Executive Hospitality. Orchestrate premium corporate events, major technological launch galas, and exclusive closed-door VIP banquets. Lead the comprehensive coordination and compliance of overseas high-level delegations and VIP tech tours.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, International Relations, Political Science, Journalism, or a related discipline.Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of intensive corporate communications, PR, or public affairs experience, ideally within the Tech, Telecom, Banking, or Energy industries in Kuwait. Proven track record of managing and resolving complex public relations crises in the GCC region.Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Must possess outstanding executive-level writing and verbal articulation skills in both languages. Local Resources (Core Asset): Demonstrated existing, direct, and active professional network inside Kuwait's business and public ecosystems. Strong familiarity with Kuwaiti local business etiquette, social norms, professional customs, and corporate protocols.Soft Skills: Impeccable cross-cultural communication capability, exceptional crisis tolerance, sharp political/business acumen, and a strict commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
