Senior PR Manager – PolandLocation: Warsaw, PolandSector: Corporate Communications / Public RelationsRecruiter: Spencer RecruitmentSpencer Recruitment is working on behalf of a high-profile international consumer brand to recruit a Senior PR Manager based in Warsaw.This is a senior communications role for someone with strong corporate PR experience, excellent knowledge of the Polish media landscape, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-profile environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering communications strategies that protect and enhance the company’s reputation in Poland. The role will involve working closely with internal teams across corporate communications, government relations, legal, marketing and logistics.Key responsibilities will include:Developing and delivering corporate communications and media campaignsBuilding strong relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets and public stakeholdersManaging day-to-day media enquiries and ensuring timely, accurate responsesMonitoring media coverage and public discussion, with clear reporting and recommendationsDrafting and managing corporate communications materialsOverseeing PR agency activity and ensuring agreed objectives are deliveredSupporting senior leadership with media interviews and public speaking preparationLeading on issues and crisis communications when requiredSupporting social responsibility programmes with internal and external partnersThe ideal candidate will have:At least 8 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related fieldA strong track record in external communications for high-profile brands or organisationsExcellent knowledge of the Polish media landscapeStrong relationships with business, consumer and/or technology mediaExcellent writing, presentation and communication skillsExperience using digital media tools and platformsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work at paceFluency in both Polish and EnglishThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced communications professional to take on a senior role with a global organisation operating at the intersection of retail, technology, sustainability, public affairs and corporate reputation.
