This freedom has enabled us to build a business focused on meaningful outcomes, strong relationships and long-term thinking.You'll have the opportunity to:Work on multinational brands, industry-leading organisations and purpose-driven projectsShape integrated communications programs spanning earned, owned, social, influencer, stakeholder and reputation managementContribute to our strategic consulting practice across audience profiling, behavioural insights, strategic narrative, reputation and communications advisoryHelp clients build authority through thought leadership, executive profiling and strategic storytellingWork on emerging communications challenges including AI search visibility, reputation resilience and digital authorityDevelop your career beyond traditional account management, with exposure to strategic communications consulting and the opportunity to progress into more senior consulting and leadership rolesAccess global perspectives through our membership to the network one - more than 1,600 independently owned agencies across 120 countriesWhat you'll doAs a Senior PR Manager, you'll play a key role in leading client programs, developing trusted advisor relationships, and mentoring team members.You'll be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of integrated communications programs, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients while helping develop your team of next-generation communications professionals.Your responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day client relationships and communications programsMentoring and supporting junior team members, supporting their growth and developmentDelivering and presenting strategic communications counsel and recommendations that align with client business objectivesIdentifying, developing and securing media opportunities across traditional and emerging channelsDeveloping compelling content for a range of audiences and platformsLeading integrated campaigns spanning earned, social, influencer and stakeholder communicationsBuilding compelling strategic narratives, campaign platforms and thought leadership programs that strengthen reputation Providing quality control and strategic oversight across team deliverablesStaying on top of cultural, media, technology and AI trends, bringing new thinking and opportunities to clientsOverseeing project workflows, budgets and timelines to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budgetContributing to agency innovation, growth and new service developmentWhat you'll bringWe're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is excited by where communications is heading.Ideally, you'll have:5+ years' experience in communications or public relations, ideally within an agency environmentExperience leading complex client programs and acting as a trusted advisor Good strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into communications strategies and measurable outcomesStrong media relations instincts, a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape and the ability to identify and pitch newsworthy storiesExcellent writing ability, including translating complex issues into compelling contentExperience across earned, owned, social and influencer channelsConfidence leading client meetings, presenting strategy and managing senior stakeholder relationshipsProven experience mentoring, coaching and developing junior team membersA collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for helping others growStrong project and account management skillsA passion for understanding audiences, behaviours, influence and reputationCuriosity about emerging technologies, AI and the future of communicationsWe don't expect you to arrive knowing everything about AI search, behavioural science or the next evolution of communications. We do expect you to be curious enough to want to learn.Relevant qualifications in communications, public relations, journalism or related disciplines are highly regarded.The way we workOur people-first approach isn't a slogan.
