Senior PR Manager – Crypto / Digital AssetsNew York City | Hybrid (3 days/week)$120–130K base + 15-20% bonusCapstone Hill Search is partnering with a fast-moving global business operating in the crypto and digital assets sector to appoint a Senior PR Manager in New York.This is a newly created in-house position with the opportunity to take genuine ownership of PR and external communications.Having historically worked with an external agency, the business is bringing this capability in-house and is looking for someone who already knows the crypto / fintech ecosystem and can hit the ground running.The successful candidate will work closely with senior marketing leadership and the C-suite, helping shape the external narrative while personally driving media relations and execution.What You'll Do

• Own and execute proactive PR and media relations
• Build relationships and secure coverage across crypto-native, fintech and relevant mainstream media
• Identify stories and react quickly to crypto, digital asset, regulatory and market developments
• Write press releases, statements, bylines, executive talking points and messaging
• Support executive profiling, interviews and thought leadership
• Manage rapid-response and issues communications in a fast-moving sector
• Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Product
• Develop communications that resonate with a younger, digitally native customer base
• Advise senior leadership while remaining highly hands-on with day-to-day executionWhat We're Looking ForDirect experience working within crypto, digital assets or fintech is essential.You will ideally bring:
• 5–8 years of PR / communications experience
• Strong knowledge of the crypto / fintech ecosystem, media landscape and news cycle
• Existing relationships with relevant crypto, fintech and financial journalists
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality content independently
• Understanding of the regulatory issues shaping crypto and digital assets
• Strong proactive and reactive media relations experience
• Confidence working directly with senior executives
• An entrepreneurial, curious and highly responsive approach
