Senior PR Manager - Beauty Brand Full Time/ Salaried Position Location: Hybrid in NYCSalary: $130-140k OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and highly organized PR Manager to lead communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, cultural relevance, and earned-media impact. You will manage media relations, influencer partnerships, product launches, events, and collaborations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute PR strategies for product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.Manage media outreach, press materials, product seeding, interviews, and coverage tracking.Coordinate influencer, creator, event, and partnership programs.Create messaging, press releases, executive talking points, and presentations.Manage campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, and cross-functional stakeholders.Identify relevant media, social, and cultural opportunities to increase brand awareness.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, media coverage, and audience engagement.Qualifications5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, influencer marketing, or brand marketing.Proven experience planning and executing earned-media and influencer campaigns.Excellent writing, presentation, relationship-building, and project-management skills.Strong understanding of consumer media, creators, social platforms, and lifestyle trends.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
