Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Purchasing Manager to join our team in the Greater Hyderabad Area in an on-site capacity. The role involves managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-efficient sourcing of materials. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and collaborating with project, engineering, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in procurement, supplier negotiation, and vendor relationship managementStrong analytical and financial skills for budgeting, cost optimization, and market trend analysisExcellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership abilitiesKnowledge of compliance standards and procurement software toolsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantageExperience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred
