Senior QA Engineer

ResponsibilitiesOwn quality end-to-end across our mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platform — from test planning through releaseDesign, write, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data for new features and regression cyclesPerform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across our insurance workflows: onboarding, KYC, health assessments, policy issuance, claims submission, teleconsultation, and payment flowsBuild and maintain automated test suites - API tests and UI tests using tools likeAppium, Maestro, or similar; integrate them into our CI/CD pipelineManage bug tracking and triage - reproduce, document, prioritize, and follow through to resolution with clear reproduction stepsWork closely with developers and product to shift left - participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and requirement walkthroughs to catch issues before code is writtenTest third-party integrations - payment gateways, teleconsultation partners, identity verification, and health data providersRequirements4 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in mobile-first or fintech/insurtech products1–2 years of automation experience - hands-on with Appium, Maestro, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar mobile automation frameworksSolid understanding of software testing fundamentals - test design techniques, bug lifecycle, regression strategy, risk-based testingExperience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) and REST APIsComfortable with SQL for data validation and Postman/similar for API testingExperience setting up or maintaining CI/CD test pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar)Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)Strong communication in Vietnamese; conversational English for working with international team membersDetail-oriented but pragmatic - you know when to block a release and when to log and move onOwnership mindset - you own quality, not just "test what devs builtBenefitsWorking location: District 1, HCMCSalary range: Up to VND 40,000,000 gross
