Senior QAQC Engineer - Civil

If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on landscape and swimming pool civil works. The successful candidate will bring strong execution-side experience from UAE contracting firms and a proven track record of managing quality on live sites.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor the project Quality Management System (QMS) for civil works on landscape and swimming pool projects.Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality control procedures prior to execution.Conduct site inspections and witness hold points for civil works including excavation, structural works, waterproofing, pool shell construction, hardscaping, and finishing works.Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for inspections, approvals, and handover of completed works.Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, and as-built documentation in line with project and authority requirements.Lead internal quality audits and support external audits by clients, consultants, or certifying bodies.Liaise with the Material Engineer to ensure only approved materials are used in civil execution works.Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations, project specifications, and relevant international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 12 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 3-4 years in a senior role, within UAE-based contracting firms.Proven, hands-on QA/QC experience specifically on landscape and swimming pool execution projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, waterproofing systems, and pool shell/structural works.Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent quality management qualification is an advantage.
