Senior QS Manager

JASARA provides PMC services within the construction sector, supporting the commercial and operational delivery of major projects. The team works to help projects stay well planned, well managed, and aligned with commercial objectives throughout the project lifecycle.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play an important role in strengthening commercial performance across complex construction work. This role is focused on providing reliable cost leadership, supporting sound financial decision-making, and helping project teams maintain control over budgets, valuations, and commercial outcomes from tender stage through project delivery.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for major projectsMonitor project costs, variations, and cash flow against approved budgetsEvaluate contractor claims and negotiate fair commercial settlementsProvide quantity take-offs, measurement, and valuation of completed worksRequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management, including both pre-contract and post-contract exposureStrong experience managing cost control on large-scale construction projectsProficiency with cost estimating software, quantity take-off tools, Excel-based commercial models, or contract administration platforms is a plusExperience negotiating with contractors, working with consultants, or managing commercial discussions with client-side project teams is a plus
