Senior Quality and Performance ManagerLondon, White City | 3 days in office | £75,000We're recruiting a Senior Quality and Performance Manager for a leading apprenticeship assessment organisation, part of one of the UK's top digital venture builder portfolios.This is a brand new function, built from scratch, reporting straight to the CEO.You'll own assessment quality, performance and compliance across the business, line manage the Head of IQA, and turn platform data into improvement initiatives that actually land. Nothing exists yet, so you define the measures, build the frameworks and set the standard.What you'll needQuality assurance, compliance or continuous improvement experience in a regulated environmentA track record of using data and MI to drive measurable improvementStrong grasp of assessment quality, validity and reliabilityExperience influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across teamsEPAO, awarding organisation or Ofqual experience is a strong advantageThe package£75,000, hybrid with 3 days a week in the White City office, 37.5 hours, and full autonomy to build the function your way.Interested, or know someone who is?
