Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer – Digital Services and IntegrationsJob Location: AjmanExperience: 5–7 yearsJob Purpose:Own quality assurance across web, mobile, enterprise applications and integrations, establishing automated regression coverage and providing testing evidence and release-readiness recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Define risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability.Perform end-to-end testing across portals, mobile applications, CRM, approvals, payments and integrations.Build and maintain automated web, mobile and API regression suites.Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, retries and failure handling.Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions and data consistency.Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, accessibility and browser/device compatibility.Conduct performance testing and application security checks within authorized scope.Manage defects, verify fixes and track recurring quality issues.Coordinate UAT and provide release-readiness recommendations.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of software QA experience, including 3+ years in automated testing.Strong experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.Experience with Appium or equivalent mobile automation frameworks.Strong API testing experience using Postman/Newman or equivalent.Programming proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java.Experience with k6 or JMeter and performance analysis.SQL Server and Dataverse data validation experience.Dynamics 365 or Power Platform testing experience preferred.Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git.Understanding of OWASP risks and accessibility testing.ISTQB certification preferred.Strong communication and reporting skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
