If you're ready to take the next step in your career within a world-class HVAC manufacturer, we want to hear from you - wherever you're joining us from.Role OverviewEnsure our HVAC products meet the highest quality and performance standards through rigorous testing, diagnostics, and hands-on troubleshooting - playing a key role in the reliability of the systems that keep buildings across the GCC and beyond running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct performance and quality testing on HVAC products including chillers, rooftop packaged units, and air handling units (AHUs)Verify compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements throughout the testing cyclePerform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, including refrigerant cycle analysis, power and controls testing, and power quality measurementsIdentify, troubleshoot, and root-cause a wide range of product failures (electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related)Document test results, deviations, and non-conformances, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and production teamsSupport new product introduction (NPI) testing and validation for design or manufacturing changesCalibrate and maintain testing equipment and instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability of resultsCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to resolve recurring quality issuesPrepare and present test reports, quality metrics, and findings to managementEnsure testing processes align with relevant industry and safety standards (e.g., AHRI, ASHRAE, ISO)RequirementsMechanical Engineering Graduate, with a minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC testing and manufacturing.Comprehensive technical knowledge of chillers, rooftop packaged units, and air handling units (AHUs).Skills & ExperienceExperience in split and central A/C Control system.Experience in HVAC systems refrigeration fittings and electrical partsStrong electrical and mechanical background, including Refrigerant cycle, Power and controls, Power quality measurementsJoin UsJoin an industry leader with a 50-year track record and a genuinely international team - the kind of place where relocating for the right opportunity is not just accepted, it's part of how we've always grown.
