This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on the successful delivery of specialist wellness environments while maintaining ALEC Fitout's industry-leading standards.About Your TeamYou will report to the QA/QC Manager and collaborate with the production, design, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless quality control across all stages of spa and wellness project execution. Your work will involve regular inspections, resolving quality issues, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across luxury hospitality and wellness developments.Your RoleAs a Senior QA/QC Engineer - Spa & Wellness, your responsibilities will include:Implementing and maintaining QA/QC systems in line with industry standards and project requirementsConducting inspections and testing of materials, specialist wellness systems, installations, and finished Fitout worksReviewing and implementing quality control plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)Identifying and managing non-conformances and initiating corrective and preventive actionsPreparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, testing records, and handover documentationEnsuring calibration and proper use of measuring and testing equipmentSupporting internal and external audits as requiredLiaising with clients, consultants, operators, and specialist subcontractors regarding quality mattersInspecting specialist Spa & Wellness installations including saunas, steam rooms, hammams, thermal suites, vitality pools, treatment rooms, and associated MEP interfacesMonitoring mock-ups, sample approvals, and benchmark installations to ensure compliance with project specificationsPromoting a quality-first culture across all project activities and driving continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForExperience:8+ years of QA/QC experience within luxury Fitout, hospitality, or specialist Spa & Wellness projectsProven experience delivering high-end spa, sauna, steam room, hammam, thermal suite, wellness centre, and luxury hospitality developmentsExperience working on luxury hotels, resorts, wellness retreats, and premium hospitality projects in the UAE, GCC, or internationallyStrong background in inspecting specialist wellness installations, finishes, bespoke joinery, natural stone, waterproofing systems, and MEP coordination worksExperience coordinating with clients, consultants, operators, and specialist subcontractors throughout project deliveryPrevious experience on landmark hospitality, resort, or wellness projects will be highly advantageousKnowledge & Skills:Strong knowledge of luxury Fitout materials, bespoke joinery, stone, metal, glass, specialist finishes, and wellness construction systemsExtensive understanding of Spa & Wellness facilities including saunas, steam rooms, hammams, thermal suites, vitality pools, treatment rooms, and relaxation areasAbility to review and inspect specialist wellness installations in accordance with project specifications, manufacturers' requirements, and international quality standardsProficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, interior design, shop drawings, and MEP coordination drawingsStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover requirementsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsKnowledge of luxury hospitality quality standards and best industry practicesKnowledge of Lean Construction, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles is advantageousWhat We OfferThe opportunity to ensure the highest quality standards for iconic Spa & Wellness and luxury hospitality projects across the UAEA collaborative environment where quality is prioritized in every projectThe chance to lead continuous improvement initiatives and have a direct impact on project excellenceExposure to world-class luxury hospitality, resort, and wellness developmentsReady to elevate your career?Join ALEC and play a key role in delivering quality excellence across some of the region's most prestigious Spa & Wellness projects.If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEC Fitout and contribute to building a culture of quality and excellence in every luxury wellness environment.Apply today and be part of something exceptional!
