The JV is responsible for a major portion of a €1.2 billion program, including The Vault, a futuristic vertical village with residences, hotels, retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions. The scope also includes the Time Travel Tunnels, twin-bored transport tunnels connecting The Vault to key facilities such as the Mirage Visitor Centre and Mirage Freight Depot. Team members join a high-profile, technically demanding environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and world-class construction standards.Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector-Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tabuk Region, responsible for overseeing quality performance on civil works within the NEOM Trojena infrastructure projects. This role conducts daily inspections of civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, structural elements, and tunnel-related structures, to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and approved drawings. The inspector prepares and maintains inspection reports, non-conformance reports, test records, and quality documentation, and coordinates with construction teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues. The role involves monitoring subcontractor and supplier performance, witnessing tests, verifying material certifications, and supporting implementation of the project quality management system. The inspector also participates in site coordination meetings, supports audits, and provides guidance to junior inspectors to maintain consistent quality across all work fronts.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for civil construction projects.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including implementation and monitoring of project quality plans and procedures.Candidates should possess practical Inspection skills for civil works, materials, and site activities.Candidates should possess Welding Inspection skills relevant to structural and tunnel-related steel works.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with substantial experience in infrastructure or tunneling projects.Hands-on experience in large-scale projects, preferably in GCC or NEOM/Trojena environments, and familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ACI, BS/EN).Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications, using inspection and testing equipment, and preparing clear technical reports.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team and uphold safety and environmental requirements.Relevant professional certifications in quality or inspection (
