Location: Dubai Industrial CityJob Purpose:We are looking for a Senior Supervisor – Quality Compliance to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AKI’s Quality Management System and compliance framework.Reporting to Quality Manager, the role will be responsible for ensuring that Quality systems, processes, SOPs, and controlled documentation are effectively maintained and aligned with applicable regulatory, certification, customer, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, update, and maintain SOPs, policies, work instructions, forms, process flows, and other controlled Quality documents.Coordinate with process owners and cross-functional teams to develop, document, and improve business processes including version control, approvals, issuance, revision, and archiving.Conduct quality/compliance gap assessments, risk assessments, and follow-up on identified actions.Support and coordinate internal, external, supplier, customer, and certification audits, including preparation and documentation follow-up.Support CAPA, audit responses, Quality Agreements, supplier/customer questionnaires, and related compliance activities.Coordinate SOP training and awareness activities following document changes.Generate and maintain Quality KPIs, trackers, dashboards, and management reports.Provide Quality support to cross-functional, operational, 3PL, supply chain, and business improvement projects.Support applicable ISO, HACCP, GDP, and other Quality/compliance requirements within the assigned scope.Experience, Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Quality Compliance, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience in QMS, SOP development, document control, audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement.Good knowledge of relevant management systems, preferably including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 14001/45001 and GDP.Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, HSE, IT, Internal audit and other business functions.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including visio, SharePoint, and process flow /documentation tools.Experience in eQMS is an advantageQuality or ISO Auditor certification, six sigma certification is an advantage.What We’re Looking ForA hands-on Quality professional who can translate requirements into practical processes, identify gaps and risks, drive documentation and compliance, and work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
