Senior Quality Control Engineer - Mechanical

ResponsibilitiesReview mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications to verify conformance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirementsConduct on-site inspections of mechanical installations, equipment, and systems to assess workmanship, materials, and performanceCoordinate with testing laboratories to oversee quality control testing of mechanical systems, including functionality, efficiency, and safety testingIdentify quality issues and collaborate with the project team to develop and implement corrective actionsMaintain detailed quality control records, reports, and documentationProvide technical guidance and training to field mechanics on quality control best practicesWork closely with project managers to ensure mechanical quality objectives are achieved within schedule and budgetQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldStrong working knowledge of relevant mechanical codes, standards, and industry regulationsProficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, and specificationsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
