Senior Quality Management Specialist

Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and continuously improve (GRC) policies and procedures• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks across Marketing, Sales Operations, and support functions using data, on-ground observation, and root-cause analysis• Design and implement optimized end-to-end processes and SOPs that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and scalability• Lead automation initiatives across Centro in collaboration with Tech teams to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and enable real-time operational control• Continuously review and enhance governance frameworks, compliance processes, and risk management strategies to ensure they meet the evolving demands of the international sports landscape.• Conduct detailed Audits & risk assessments• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal standards.• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for the QMS Head and for internal and external audits.• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to uphold compliance, drive quality improvements, and align GRC efforts with the organization's strategic objectives.• Provide expert support and advice on GRC-related issues to all staff and key stakeholders within the Centro ecosystem.• Obtain and maintain the required ISO standardsRequirements:• 6+ years of experience in QMS & Process Excellence.• Strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or similar operational excellence methodologies (LSSGB certification is a plus)• ISO 9001:2015 Certified.• BPO Experience• High ownership mentality, strong execution bias, and comfort operating in dynamic, ambiguous scaling environments• Demonstrated ability to translate operational challenges into scalable process designs and automation solutions in collaboration with Technology teams.• Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, diagnose root causes, quantify financial impact, and prioritize improvement opportunities
