CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Manager to join a major project within the Oil & Gas, Energy or Infrastructure sector in Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take a senior role supporting the delivery of a large-scale project, with responsibility across Quality Assurance, Quality Control and commercial quality management.Minimum Experience: 15 yearsEducation: B.Sc. in EngineeringKey Duties Will Include:Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across major project environments.Oversee commercial and QA/QC management to ensure project requirements, contractual obligations and quality objectives are achieved.Coordinate with functional managers to ensure the correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts, procedures and quality requirements.Plan, coordinate and conduct quality audits covering project work processes and contract procedures.Monitor project quality performance and ensure quality objectives are consistently achieved.Provide guidance on QA/QC methods, practices, international codes, standards and procedures.Identify quality issues, risks and areas for improvement and support the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with approved quality procedures and contractual requirements.Work closely with project and functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards throughout project delivery.

Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Engineering.Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control management on major or mega projects.Strong experience within Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Offshore, Infrastructure or similar industries.Strong understanding of commercial and QA/QC management practices.Thorough knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, procedures and quality management requirements.Previous experience coordinating with functional and project managers to implement project guidelines, contracts and procedures.Experience planning and conducting quality audits relating to work processes and contractual requirements.Strong understanding of project quality objectives and the ability to ensure these are achieved.Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively within large multidisciplinary project teams
