With a focus on academic excellence and personalized coaching, IMS aims to empower students to achieve their educational and career aspirations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quant Faculty at IMS Gujarat located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Quant Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality verbal coaching to students, conducting classroom sessions, developing curriculum, preparing study materials, and monitoring student progress. The Senior Quant Faculty will also provide feedback and guidance to students, assess their performance, and contribute to the overall success of the institute. The current opening are available for our UG programs, IPM BBA and CLAT. Skills we look for:Strong knowledge and expertise in quantitative subjects ideally 99%ile in QA/DILR Section in CAT examExperience in teaching or tutoring students in Quant & DILR subjects of IPMAT, CAT, CLAT,etc Excellent grip of PPTs, Excel and AI ToolsKnowledge of admission process of colleges in India like IIMs, Symbiosis, NMIMS etcAbility to engage and motivate studentsReadiness in taking documented mentoring and attendance trackingPrevious Aptitude test scores will be an added advantage
