Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- Strong experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting.- Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, tendering, and contract documentation.- Experience in managing variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contracts.- Excellent MS Excel and cost management software skills.- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.- Experience in construction/infrastructure projects; GCC experience is preferred.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
