Senior React Engineer_5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Engineer with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, React plugins, and reusable component development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance frontend applications and be comfortable working with modern frontend development tools and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain React plugins, reusable components, and UI applications.Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance frontend solutions using React.js.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.Translate business and UI/UX requirements into robust technical solutions.Implement state management using Redux, Flux, or similar frameworks.Integrate RESTful APIs and implement secure authentication/authorization mechanisms.Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for performance improvements.Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical improvements.Stay current with modern React and frontend development practices.Mandatory Skills5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js.Strong hands-on experience developing React plugins and reusable components.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and JavaScript object model.Strong understanding of React.js core concepts and component architecture.Experience with Redux, Flux, or equivalent state-management frameworks.Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.Knowledge of JWT and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.Hands-on experience with Babel, Webpack, NPM, and modern frontend build pipelines.Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Good to HaveTypeScriptNext.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)GraphQLJest / MochaExperience with modern frontend architecture and design patterns.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Skills: redux,javascript,react.js,plugins
