Senior React Frontend

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer (React) to join one of our clients, contributing to innovative digital solutions and driving the delivery of scalable, high-quality products in a modern technology environment.💪 Main responsibilities:Lead the design and development of frontend applications using React, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Develop and maintain robust unit tests to guarantee code quality and application reliability.Conduct pull request reviews and promote engineering best practices across the development team.Actively contribute to technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and support the creation and definition of Product Backlog Items (PBIs).Work closely with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment to deliver business value efficiently.👀 Who are you?5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with strong expertise in React.Proven experience developing and maintaining modern web applications in production environments.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and collaborative development workflows.Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.Ability to influence technical discussions and contribute to engineering best practices.Excellent communication skills and a very good command of English.Nice to have:Experience participating in frontend architecture and technical design decisions.Experience mentoring or supporting other developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.Exposure to backlog refinement activities and close collaboration with Product Owners.Experience contributing to CI/CD and application quality improvement initiatives.💼 Who are we?Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
