Senior Real Estate Admin - Secondary Market

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Admin to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Secondary Real Estate Team of 10–20 agents.The role will be responsible for team coordination, lead and CRM management, listing & inventory management, owner telecalling, compliance and documentation, agent follow-ups, property portal management, social media coordination, reporting, and transaction support.The ideal candidate should have strong real estate administration experience, excellent communication and follow-up skills, good knowledge of Dubai secondary real estate, and the ability to manage agents and multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a team of 10–20 agents.Manage leads, CRM and daily agent activities.Source and maintain property inventory through owner telecalling.Manage listings, portals, pricing and property information.Ensure compliance and proper documentation.Conduct daily/weekly agent briefings and follow-ups.Coordinate viewings, offers and transactions.Manage social media and property marketing activities.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.Coordinate with owners, clients, agents, management and accounts.Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the secondary sales team.

Key Requirements

Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, excellent communication, proactive follow-up, good Excel/CRM knowledge, telecalling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
