Location: UAE Experience: 6–10+ Years Industry: Real Estate / Property Management / PropTechRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Real Estate Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of UAE/GCC real estate business processes to support the implementation of the RealCube real estate technology platform.The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to real estate operations from a developer, property management/FM company, brokerage/agency, end-user, or real estate software/PropTech organization.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and map customer real estate business processes and requirements.Conduct discovery workshops, process mapping, gap analysis and solution configuration.Support implementation, data preparation/migration, UAT, training and go-live.Translate business requirements into functional requirements for product/technical teams.Recommend industry best practices rather than simply replicating existing processes.Work closely with customers, implementation teams and product teams.Required Domain KnowledgeStrong practical understanding of multiple areas including:Real Estate Sales & CRMLeasing & Tenant ManagementProperty ManagementCommunity / Owners Association ManagementCAFM / Facilities ManagementProperty, Unit & Asset ManagementBilling, Collections and basic Finance integrationUAE/GCC real estate processes and regulatory practicesGOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS is must Technology SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel – MandatoryPractical understanding and usage of AI / Generative AI tools – MandatoryStrong data analysis and reporting capabilitiesExperience with ERP, CRM, PropTech or real estate software platforms preferredIdeal Profile6–10+ years of UAE/GCC real estate experience with strong functional and process knowledge. Candidates may come from real estate developers, property/FM companies, brokerage/agency firms, consulting organizations, or PropTech/software companies.The candidate should combine real estate domain expertise, technology understanding and strong customer-facing/communication skills.
