Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

Role Description:The Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. The person in this role will analyze real estate investment opportunities across MENA region, manage a portfolio of real estate investments, and participate in the development and implementation of the real estate portfolio investment strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing investment proposals, financial models and presentation of recommendations to senior management.QualificationsTrack record and past experience in real estate investment management.Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating financial data, market trends, and risk-return profiles.Solid foundation in corporate finance, with knowledge of valuation methods including DCF.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.Experience in regional or international investment markets and familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Kuwait and the GCC is beneficial.
