Team members work closely with clients to address complex legal issues and provide strategic guidance across various stages of dispute resolution and transactions.Role Description The Senior Real Estate Lawyer will handle end-to-end legal work on real estate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, title documents, and transaction structures. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence on properties, advising on regulatory and compliance issues, and representing clients in civil courts, tribunals, and other forums as needed. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising team members, and coordinating with external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.QualificationsStrong expertise in real estate law, including property transactions, title verification, and documentation.Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex title contracts, agreements, and legal opinions with attention to detail.Knowledge of local and national real estate regulations, stamp duty, registration, and municipal laws.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly to clients.Proven capability to manage multiple matters, lead files independently, and mentor junior lawyers or interns.LL.B.
