For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job Description:Skills RequirementExperience of banking products (Retail, personal, Wealth) regulations, processes, and proceduresExperience in GL reconciliations for Cards, Deposits, Loans, Cash, Bank, Vault, Clearing, Settlement, A/R, A/P, Suspense accounts, Payments.Understanding of Intercompany, Intergroup and Interbranch reconciliationsAccounting knowledge including recording journal entries and understanding financial impacts. Transformation, Consolidation, Automation opportunitiesStrong Stakeholder managementRoles and ResponsibilitiesLiaise / interact with the relevant stakeholders for understanding overall landscapeLiaise with the relevant stakeholders for system related issuesUnderstand control reports and publish them to stakeholders.Setup performance baseline, define SLA/KPI etc. Monitor, track and report on performance against service level goals and benchmarksProvide subject matter expertise to business-driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership or projects related to operations as necessary.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful results/reports.Working closely with SME’s, change and governance, technology and operational leads to drive the changes.Conduct governance calls covering aged/high value exceptions and get appropriate timelines for resolution.Liaise with Risk & Compliance Department to ensure policies and procedures pertaining to Reconciliation are appropriately implementedImplement the control framework that continuously assesses and mitigates operational risk in operations controlEnsure procedures are adequate to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, audit and risk management requirements & policiesApplication Deadline: 30th-August-2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
