About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. This is a unique, hybrid role designed for a talent acquisition specialist who also wants to maintain exposure and contribute to broader HR operations.In this position, your primary focus will be on finding top-tier talent within the fast-paced automotive sector, while dedicating a meaningful portion of your time to supporting daily HR operations and generalist initiatives. You will play a key role in driving our hiring strategy while helping maintain a supportive, compliant, and highly engaged workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for automotive roles, including engineering, supply chain, network development, aftersales, and corporate functions.Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, industry networking, and referrals.Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a transparent, respectful, and professional interview process.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on automotive industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.HR Operations & Generalist SupportOnboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires to ensure a strong start, and manage professional offboarding processes.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update internal databases (HRIS), and assist with monthly HR reporting.Performance Management: Assist in driving annual and mid-year performance review cycles, support managers in setting clear objectives, and help facilitate employee development plans.Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and internal company guidelines.Culture & Engagement: Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, and training programs.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in the automotive industry (e.g., manufacturing, dealerships, EV technology, or auto components).HR Exposure: Proven experience or strong exposure to HR generalist duties (performance management, onboarding, compliance, or HR administration).Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS platforms.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
