Recruitment Consultant – EuropeWe are looking for a mid-level Recruitment Consultant to support our growing Europe recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with the confidence to communicate directly with clients and manage requirements independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the European market, from requirement understanding and sourcing to interview coordination and offer follow-up.Communicate directly with clients to understand job requirements, priorities, candidate expectations, and hiring timelines.Source and screen relevant candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Present quality candidate profiles with clear justification on their suitability for the role.Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.Maintain accurate recruitment trackers/ATS updates and provide timely status updates to internal and client stakeholders.Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Work closely with the delivery and account management teams to ensure timely and effective coverage of open requirements.What We’re Looking For3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Technology or professional staffing.Prior experience in client-facing recruitment or direct client communication is strongly preferred.Experience recruiting for Europe/UK markets would be an advantage.Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Good understanding of recruitment metrics, turnaround time, candidate quality, and requirement prioritization.
