This could suit an established Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for greater responsibility, or an experienced billing Team Leader who still enjoys being hands-on.The opportunityYou’ll be joining a team of around seven consultants, working across both contract and permanent recruitment. Contract currently makes up approximately 75% of the business, although there is a particular opportunity for someone who can help develop and grow the permanent side.This is a specialist, relationship-led market with excellent fees and senior-level salaries. It isn’t a fast-paced, high-volume environment where success is measured by making several placements every month.
