🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant – Saudi Arabia📍 Saudi Arabia | Fully RemoteRemote People is expanding in Saudi Arabia, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us build and grow this exciting market.This is a 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition and delivering high-quality recruitment assignments.Your role:• Develop and manage your own client portfolio in Saudi Arabia• Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers• Generate new recruitment mandates and negotiate terms• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement• Build strong candidate networks and become an expert in the Saudi marketWhat we’re looking for:• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience• Strong 360° and business development track record• Saudi Arabia/GCC recruitment experience• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and comfortable working remotely📈 Strong growth opportunity: You’ll have the opportunity to build the Saudi desk from the ground up.
