🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant – GCCDubai | Fully RemoteRemote People is expanding in GCC, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us build and grow this exciting market.This is a 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition and delivering high-quality recruitment assignments.Your role:• Develop and manage your own client portfolio in the GCC region• Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers• Generate new recruitment mandates and negotiate terms• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement• Build strong candidate networks and become an expert in the GCC marketWhat we’re looking for:• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience• Strong 360° and business development track record• GCC recruitment experience• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills• Fluent English• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and comfortable working remotely📈 Strong growth opportunity: For a successful consultant, there is a clear path to develop, hire and manage your own recruitment team as the business grows.🌍 Fully remote, with significant autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role in Remote People’s expansion in GCC.
